Every product we ship comes in packages specially designed for the transport of sensitive goods. The cardboard boxes are standard double or triple wave and every item is packed with bubble wrap, foam or polystyrene chips.

    In some cases (porcelain or bulky packages) we provide a custom made wooden box.

    Our products are born in a "courageous" and unique land, so even the service of our couriers cannot be daily. We will do everything possible to process your orders as quickly as possible.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the goods and the shipping areas, and are spelled out clearly during the order confirmation. The total amount of the confirmed order is inclusive of all charges.

    Delivery of your order

    The order is delivered directly to the address that was given to us during the registration phase.

    How to make a return

    In accordance with the provisions of Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (as amended and supplemented), the customer (consumer) if not satisfied with the products purchased, will return them back to   Fabbrica d'Arte Monterosso and get a refund of the price already paid in advance. The cost of return shipping is in charge to the customer.

    Professional Customer shall not exercise the right of withdrawal.

    To this end, the Customer must contact Fabbrica d'Arte Monterosso within 10 days after the delivery of the products with a written notice sent by registered mail and by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots.
