Every product we ship comes in packages specially designed for the transport of sensitive goods. The cardboard boxes are standard double or triple wave and every item is packed with bubble wrap, foam or polystyrene chips.
In some cases (porcelain or bulky packages) we provide a custom made wooden box.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (as amended and supplemented), the customer (consumer) if not satisfied with the products purchased, will return them back to Fabbrica d'Arte Monterosso and get a refund of the price already paid in advance. The cost of return shipping is in charge to the customer.
Professional Customer shall not exercise the right of withdrawal.
To this end, the Customer must contact Fabbrica d'Arte Monterosso within 10 days after the delivery of the products with a written notice sent by registered mail and by e-mail to [email protected], containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of return and refund.
